We offer the following shipping methods:

Expedited Shipping: Typically delivered within 2-3 business days.

Overnight Shipping: Delivered the next business day for orders placed before 2:00 PM.
Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on location, product availability, and shipping method selected.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on the weight of your order, delivery address, and selected shipping method. The rates are provided before finalizing your purchase.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
8. Local Pickup
For local customers, we offer in-store pickup at our Saved Soles location:
1801 SW Wanamaker Rd, Suite G17, Topeka, Kansas 66606. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
